Refund policy
Items may be returned for store credit only within 14 business days. Items must be returned in the same shape as purchased, with tags if applicable. Store credit never expires. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding sizing! You can reach us through Facebook messenger or send an email to heybobcats.com and we will do our best to reply within 24 hours.
Store credit is sent to the email address on file in the form of a gift card via email once your return has been processed.
