Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Returns may be processed on a case by case basis.

If you have received an item and it is defective, we definitely would like to hear about it! At this time we will offer store credit only for a return. 

Please send us a message with a description of your return issue and we will get back to you as soon as possible.  Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Exchanges may be made depending on availability of inventory in stock.  

How do I pick up my order?

Once your order has been processed and is ready for pick up, you will receive an automated email or text message letting you know pick up details.

We currently partner with the local Ship Shop in Trophy Club.  Mr. Sanders and his team at the Ship Shop will take care of you!

You will be asked to verify your order number upon pick up, so make sure and have that information available.

What if an item I want is sold out?

Certain items will be restocked, depending on demand for the item. Make sure and follow us on our Facebook and Instagram pages for information when a new item becomes available or an item becomes restocked on the website.

We will keep you informed of all the new drops on our social media!  

What if I need to cancel an order?

Once an order has been placed, it may not be canceled or refunded.

Do you offer shipping?

Right now we only offer local pick up as an option at check out.

We are potentially going to offer shipping in the future but as of now we are local pick up only.
